On Sunday, we heard some of the parables Jesus told. We heard about the Mustard Seed and the Leaven and the Pearl.
Parable are not puzzles, though they sometimes confuse people. Parables are not riddles, either, though they sometimes surprise people.
But those parables got us thinking about puzzles and riddles, and how much we loved our Bennet Cerf collections as kids. Now our house is full of riddles, which is only a tiny bit annoying.
