There’s a saying that there’s no bad weather, just bad clothes. Clothes can’t really be bad, of course, but they can be the wrong thing for the occasion. If it’s raining, you probably want a rain coat. If it’s cold, you probably want a sweater or a jacket! Putting on the right clothes for the weather is a way to take care of your body.
