Loving your neighbor can mean doing simple things like waving at the family across the street, wearing a face mask when you’re in public spaces or getting a flu shot so you don’t make others sick – things that show you care for each other. We got our flu shots today and our dogs got their vaccinations. Otto did not like getting a shot. Greg did not really go to the vet for his!
Since we’re counting this week, Greg and Boykin each got a flu shot (1 + 1) and Sally and Otto each got three (that’s a magic number!) shots for a total of …1 + 1 + 3 + 3 = 8 shots !
Greg did not really go to the vet for his flu shot. He went to the pharmacy. The dogs did not really go to the vet either. The vet came to them! They had a safely distanced appointment in the yard.
